• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@verasera.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@verasera.shop and we will assist you.

• Return Shipping: The cost and arrangement of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• International Returns: For international orders, please ensure that the return shipment is marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid any customs fees.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
